DSH welcomed their new nurse, Dawn, in early March of this year. She has previously worked in several specialty areas of nursing that included visiting nurse, hospice, infection control, and pediatrics. Dawn is also a licensed EMT and holds certifications in infection control, wound care, and dementia education. She has served with the Alzheimer's Association as a committee member, presenter and volunteer in addition to being a two-time recipient of their "Outstanding Caregiver" award.
Dawn and her husband reside in Stamford where she enjoys activities that include gardening (ask her about her cranberries!), taking cooking classes and training her new pup, Mabel.

Patty, LPN joined the Darien Signature Health team in 2023. She previously worked the past 27 years in both the short term rehabilitation and homecare settings. In addition to her clinical experience, which includes a certification in Infection Control, she has held various administrative leadership roles. Patty finds great personal satisfaction in guiding patients in the restorative process to help them achieve their health care goals. Her background in Staff Development lends itself well in helping educate patients. The breadth of her experience makes her a great asset.
Patty resides in Stamford with her family and enjoys gardening as well as experimenting in the kitchen transforming recipes into healthier versions.

Office Manager
Susan has been the office manager of Darien Signature Health since its inception in 2017. Her background is diverse including certifications as a surgical technologist and Professional Coder in addition to being a Registered Medical Auditor. Susan’s scope of knowledge has been instrumental as we transition the practice to in-house billing which will begin in August 2026.
When not at work Susan enjoys spending time at the beach with her family or spending time in her quilt studio creating beautiful works of art.
